About Tonya

Tonya started consulting after a colleague asked her for HR Support in 2014 and the business has continued to grow with clients all over the Denver-metro area. She has over 20 years in progressive HR Leadership positions. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Colorado State University with an emphasis in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Her Masters degree is in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Tonya is an avid blood donor and has donated gallons in her lifetime. She is also a Standley Lake Little League coach and coaches her daughter on machine pitch baseball. She is passionate about animals and loves her three dogs, a cat and chickens in Westminster. Tonya’s favorite HR topics include workplace wellness, HR Analytics, keeping your company out of litigation!
